With a flick of her wrist, she can condense water in the air into a fine mist or small droplets. These can be used to carry small objects, or be sent to attack something in a small flurry, although it isn't very powerful.

Yara lives on Mars, a planet almost entirely covered by water, residing in a centralized floating city.
