 Celestia Space Station is a research institution that facilitates travel and trade between planets. Employees at Celestia start at a Trainee rank and work their way up into specialized positions that utilize their magic to their full potential.

Talaria's skills in technomancy and navigation, along with her great memory, have landed her a position as a magic messenger.
